What we match on
A verified request is matched against everyone signed up: skill, location, availability and what someone can bring.

Active projects
Some needs take a standing team: a school rebuild, a shelter, a health camp series. Those run as projects, each with a coordinator and a public progress record.
Checks and safeguards
A form on its own is not enough. Here is who checks a request, and what happens when one cannot be checked.
Who verifies a request
Municipality and ward offices, partner NGOs and INGOs, and our own coordination team.
If a request cannot be verified
It stays visible, labelled community-reported, and is never shown as confirmed.
Stopping misuse
Duplicate requests are closed, requesters are named and contactable, and volunteers are never asked to pay.
What happens to your data
Shared only with verified requesters and partner agencies, on the consent you give at registration. Withdrawable at any time.
